• Inside Dhaka: ৳120, typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
• Outside Dhaka: ৳130, typically delivered within 2–4 business days.
• Free shipping on all orders of ৳1,500 and above.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and handed to our delivery partners — Pathao, RedX, Steadfast, and Paperfly. You'll receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch, and a tracking update once your parcel is on its way.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, as well as secure online payment via bKash, Nagad, and cards.

Your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
• For hygiene and safety, opened skincare and cosmetic items can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no hassle.
