• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Any payment made will be refunded in full.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; an order is confirmed once we accept and dispatch it.

We work hard to display products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from images. Our products are cosmetics for external use — please patch-test and follow the directions on each label. If you have a known allergy or skin condition, consult a professional before use.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Please review it before requesting a return.

UrbanNest is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of our products beyond the value of the product purchased.
